Disappointing This Time! I’ve been a regular customer and always loved their pani puri, but this time the experience was quite underwhelming. Potato filling was disappointing – huge uneven chunks like a vegetable sabzi. Pani puri stuffing should be well-mashed and flavorful, not lazy chunks. Flavor has changed – both the meetha and teekha pani lacked their usual punch. Tasted diluted and completely different from earlier. Puris were over-fried – looked burnt and had a strong stale oil smell and taste. Definitely not the fresh, crispy ones I’m used to. Please bring back the original taste and quality!
