Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Unsafe Food We had a terrible experience at Khorimati, Bolpur, which is surprisingly popular despite its extremely poor hygiene standards. We ordered a simple Bengali meal – rice, daal, alu posto, alu bhaja, and chicken curry – but what we received was absolutely appalling. The food contained small cockroaches, tiny insects, and even hair. To make matters worse, the glasses provided for drinking water were dirty and clearly unwashed. This is not just unhygienic, it’s downright risky for health. For a place that sees so many visitors, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Khorimati should be held accountable for such disregard toward basic cleanliness. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. If you care about hygiene and safety, you’re better off eating elsewhere.

Most horrible service and ambience and horrible food after they have shifted to the new building, they did not provide any ice for my scotch Inspite of repeated requests and I was asked to have scotch with normal chilled water, how come they are running a huge bar with out ice, even cocktail n mocktail requires ice,the entire restaurant and bar staffs are worthless, the new cook can’t even cook chilly chicken or a simple soup, do not visit, we don’t deserve this type of horrible service
