I recently visited Kharbanda Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here’s a detailed account of my visit: Food Quality: Shahi Paneer: The Shahi Paneer was extremely disappointing. The texture and flavor were off, making it one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. Pasta: The pasta was overwhelmingly drenched in vinegar, which completely ruined the dish. It lacked balance and was unappetizing. Mix Veg: The mix vegetables were poorly prepared. It seemed like the chefs had no idea how to make this dish properly. Noodles: The noodles were undercooked and felt raw. This is a basic dish, and getting it wrong is inexcusable. Soya Chaap: The soya chaap was an absolute disaster. It was neither cooked well nor flavorful. Hygiene: Plates and Utensils: The plates were not clean. This raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. Water Bottles: They serve loose water bottles, which is quite unhygienic and unacceptable. Service: GST Charges: They charge GST but never provide a proper bill. This is not only unprofessional but also possibly illegal. Overall Experience: I strongly advise against visiting Kharbanda Restaurant. The food quality is poor, the hygiene standards are subpar, and the service is questionable. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a better dining experience, such as at BBQ.
