I always place my orders with The Khansama, and every single time this restaurant doesn’t pack the food properly. They don’t provide any box or even basic cutlery. They always just put everything in a small polybag tied with a rubber band. Every time, I give them polite feedback on calls and never give a bad rating, hoping they will improve ,but there is a limit to everything. Right now, I am travelling in a train and ordered food to my seat. They delivered it in the same careless way again. How am I supposed to eat biryani in a train without a spoon or plate? Even after specifically requesting them on call, they still didn’t bother. They charge so much money, but can’t even follow basic packing etiquette or provide simple cutlery for online orders. Extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional.

Ordered half butter chicken for packing. They informed that half have 4 chicken pieces but they packed only two. Packing karaney walo check jarur karo
