The Indian cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Try good butter chicken, paneer tikka and paneer. Food delivery is a big benefit of KHANA SUTRA RESTAURANT AND TAKEAWAY. The staff is said to be terrific here. Cool service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. The pretty atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Absolutely rubbish service. They are very arrogant. We’d called to place an order and the man, who identified himself as the owner, was so rude because we took 2 mins to decide one of the menus. He rudely said ‘batane ka time nahi hai’ and hung up the phone first on my husband and then when I called him again. Nasty and extremely unprofessional. Never ordering again from such cheap trashy people. Service: Take out Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi !! Just wanted to an ordeal with the most famous “ Khana Sutra” next to ardee mart. We ordered half portion of butter chicken yesterday which to our surprise was for whopping rs520. I checked their menu online, though it showed its updated 2 years ago but the price mentioned was Rs390 for half butter chicken, which means 33% price hike. So, I just called to cross verify the prices with them and that person was super rude and hung up blatantly. So, just sharing a feedback for the worst customer from them, we had been one of their regular clients but now need to reconsider before ordering anything from them. More than price it’s the way they treated their regular customer and were so closed to any feedback.Just sharing an experience. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
