I ordered vegetarian food from Khana Khazana via Swiggy and was shocked to find a bone in the dish clearly marked as vegetarian. As a vegetarian, this is not just a mistake — it's a serious violation of trust, dietary ethics, and food safety. This incident has caused me significant emotional distress, and it’s completely unacceptable for a restaurant to be so careless with labeling and preparation. I have raised a formal complaint with Swiggy and plan to escalate it to the food safety authorities and consumer forum. I urge the restaurant to take accountability and ensure this never happens again. Food safety and respect for customer preferences are non-negotiable.
