Many reviewers suppose that the staff is energetic at this place. Service at this restaurant is something one can call spectacular. The atmosphere of this place is quiet. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give Khana Khazaana a high rating.

Most pathetic service, me and my mother waited for 15 min and no one came to take the order. There is no option for zero star other wise you deserve that!!! So horrible experience won’t recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

I had a terrible experience at Khana Khazana in Jammu. My family of 12 members was traveling for 12 hours, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were treated as if we were beggars just because of how we looked. Despite several tables being available, we had to wait for over 20 minutes to get one. I personally requested 2-3 waiters to allocate a table, but they completely ignored us. While other customers were given VIP treatment, we were made to feel unwelcome. No extra service, no courtesy—just outright negligence. It felt humiliating to be judged and mistreated based on appearances. This was a very bad experience, and I realized today that being wealthy doesn’t matter; you have to “look” wealthy to be respected at this restaurant. Would never recommend this place! Pathetic hospitality! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
