Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We came here to have a peaceful meal, but instead were forced to sit through extremely loud music and live singing. Despite politely requesting the staff to reduce the volume, they completely denied it and continued playing it loud. This is not the kind of atmosphere you expect when you come to dine peacefully. Hotel management should understand that not everyone enjoys being blasted with noise. Respecting guests’ comfort is basic hospitality — sadly, that was missing here.
