I had a disappointing experience due to the receptionist's poor handling of my order. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and immediately requested a change. While he agreed to change the order, he refused to refund the price difference or offer any other item to match the remaining amount. This lack of flexibility and customer support left me extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered a veg roll - soya chaap tikka and it was the worst I ever had. 2 star because my friend ordered a non veg one and it was ok. The gulaab jamun will kill you with sweetness and shahi tukda (modified) was better than gulaab jamun. The bottled lemon drinks were great.
