Aha, this place is very cool and classy .it's all in one package and you may get a sandwich and snacks at a very low price. The second point is tea, I am damn sure that you are going to love it. They are making tea with jagree and milk and other ingredients, lat many benefits of this jagree tea written over the board. You may love the taste I have tried at many places but this place I will give 9/10 .you are going to get the tea at 10 Rs and that is also in the cup which may look more expensive, taste is superb and the ambiance is also good. There are many more shops nearby like misti mahal and pizza wing panjabi dhaba.
