Highly disappointed with the delivery and the service. First I received my order so late almost after 2 and half hour and then I received the product in a very bad way. Especially when I requested zomato to cancel my order they told me that the order can be cancelled but the amount won't be refunded. I have been ordering from chicken chaska for a year now and I must admit that this time I am highly disappointed with the Zomato team as well as the food partner Chicken chaska. I have attached the pictures as well to show the condition of the delivery I received after almost nearly 3 hours of waiting.
