I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I had clearly placed an order for veg cheese buldak ramen, but to my shock they delivered non veg instead. How can a restaurant make such careless and irresponsible blunder, especially when it comes to dietary preferences? For a vegetarian, this is not a all mistake — this is a major breach of trust. It shows a complete lack of attention, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s choices. If they can’t even get such a basic thing right, I seriously doubt the overall quality and safety of their food handling. Extremely disappointed.
