1/5 — Extremely Disappointed with Food Service Timing I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were decent, the food service timing completely ruined the experience. Every time I ordered a meal, it took forever to arrive — even the simplest dishes like tea or sandwiches took more than an hour. What’s worse, there was no proper communication from the staff. When I called to check on my order, they either didn’t answer or kept saying it was “on the way.” By the time the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. For a hotel that claims to provide quality service, this level of delay is unacceptable. Guests expect timely service, especially when paying premium prices. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their kitchen and delivery coordination. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value prompt and reliable food service.

My son developed rashes all over his body after we had food there. This is the first time he has ever had an allergic reaction.im weiting this review from hopsital.. We ordered Chicken 65 Biryani, Chicken Fried Rice, and Prawn Pepper Fry. The prawns were undercooked, and the Chicken Fried Rice didn’t taste like proper fried rice — it felt more like eating plain rice. Sauce and ketchup were not provided. There were also some leftover chicken pieces and tissues under the table from previous customers, and the area wasn’t cleaned properly. The table itself was not cleaned well either. The service needs improvement — we waited so long that we lost our appetite and just wanted to go home
