Disgusting Experience – Rotten Biryani & Shameless Staff at Khalid’s Biryani, Chrompet On May 8th, I personally bought a bucket biryani from Khalid’s Biryani, Chrompet at 8 PM for my birthday celebration. At 10 PM, when we sat to eat, the biryani was spoiled, sticky, and stinking like it was days old. The entire meal was rotten and disgusting — an insult to anyone’s plate. This wasn’t just bad food — it was a complete disaster, a health hazard, and an utter embarrassment in front of my family on a special occasion. I went back the next day, expecting at least an apology or refund, but what I got instead was pure arrogance. They told me, “Others ate it, no one else complained. If you want, take one parcel free.” What kind of shameless, irresponsible response is that? No apology, no refund, no respect — as if my complaint didn’t matter. They acted like I was doing them a favor by pointing out their dirty mistake. This place has zero hygiene, zero ethics, and zero customer care. Serving spoiled biryani on someone’s birthday and then shrugging it off with such a pathetic excuse is the height of unprofessionalism. To anyone reading this — if you care about your health, your money, or basic human decency, do NOT step into Khalid’s Biryani, Chrompet. this is not khalids biriyani, the food pack is changed, I requested a leg piece, but no leg in the biriyani pack.. food pack open stage in delivery time
