The place is certainly one of its kind, ambiance is great and staff are welcoming. that's all the good part. Food is below acceptable quality. we went as this was part of best places to have rajasthani food (thali), however they didn't have the thali, so we ordered a-la-carte dishes, but preparations were notwhere close to rajasthani taste. it was a continental Mashup of rajasthani, which we won't even call innovative, rather just simply disappointing.go here for just for the location and ambiance. (can't say about any other cuisines)

Kabuli should be bit more spicy, considering it is called "Jodhpuri Kabuli". It was missing a punch that usually jodhpuri/rajasthani food has.

Only point which I can say best about this place is ambience. Rest the food & Service was miserable. Service: Each service staff was occupied in his own work. No one was bothering what guest was asking. Staff was rude they were ignoring requests. All over I would say unprofessional untrained staff this place is having. Food: I don't know why this place is rated 4.9 seriously food was below average we ordered Chicken tikka, Rajastani lal maas and Dal makhani. Firstly Chicken tikka was below average no taste. Laal maas was with semi cooked gravy and taste was very ordinary with no spices not to refer any one zero authentic they have their own version of lal maas. Last is Dal Makhani which was cooked in mustard oil. Strong flavour of raw mustard oil. This restaurant is charging 500 for Dal makhani and they are preparing dal Makhani in mustard oil. Seriously spoiled our mood Never recommend this place to anyone Last cherry on top: All this spread was served on our table after the wait of 1.5 hour and when we asked the manager the reason of delay then manager had excuse that we got parallel order from 25 tables. Seriously only 25 table orders shake the entire kitchen and service staff. This shows how untrained and immature staff they have. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE ON THE BASIS OF ZOMATO RATINGS (4.9) THIS RESTAURANT DESERVES 1 RATING THAT TOO FOR AMBIENCE.
