Very disappointing service experience. I have visited this restaurant 3-4 times, and each time the service has been below average. The staff usually asks for the order, makes you wait 15-30 minutes, and then returns only to say the dish isn't available due to stock issues. The same thing happened again on Sunday, 20th April. I specifically called ahead to confirm if Dal Baati was available, and the staff assured me that it was. However, when I arrived just a few minutes later, they made me sit for 20 minutes only to say it wasn’t available anymore. This kind of repeated mismanagement is very frustrating, especially for customers coming from a distance.
