I'm facing a lot of issue in this kfc.. once wen we ordered the delivery person has not delivered...today I ordered Wednesday combo fr 369Rs..with 4 dips.... They didn't give tat 4 dips...I don't knw y the people are so careless wen packing... whether u people giving the dip fr free of cost?? Each n everything u r charging n bt not delivering properly..worst customer service Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 1

* 0 Star* I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. Compared to other KFC branches, the food here was far below standard. The chicken had a very bad smell, and the taste was nothing like the usual KFC flavor. It honestly felt like eating from a regular roadside shop rather than a globally recognized brand. There was *no crispiness* in the chicken, it was *overly oily*, and worse, the *oil didn’t even seem fresh*—it smelled old and reused. The *portion size was also very small*, definitely not worth the price charged. All KFC outlets are supposed to follow the same recipe and quality standards, so it's shocking that this outlet deviates so much. It makes me question whether the franchise here is *ignoring standard procedures* just to cut costs. To make matters worse, after eating here *I suffered from food poisoning*. This is serious and unacceptable. Cleanliness, freshness, and hygiene must be your top priorities, especially for a global brand like KFC. The *ambience was decent*, but what’s the point if the food quality is so poor? If this is not fixed, you're going to lose the trust of loyal customers very fast. Never ever order online from this outlet.. especially at night . Wrap which I ordered was improperly packed and it was spilled . Chicken seasoning was very poorly done. If you cant do a proper food preparation at night don't accept orders. Food: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
