Dear KFC team, I would like to share my Todays experience, the staff over here are not aware of the usage of machines and how to deal with the situation. While in a conversation with the senior person he is not guest oriented inspite saying “Meri shift abhi shuru hui hai to Mhuje nahi pata yaha kya chalra hai ya nahi “. Not only me other guest even walk out in anger as the behaviour of the staff was very unprofessional. Please have a word the Manger Rajesh on shift. The display is not adequate even. Kindly look into this as it impacts the over all experience and environment. Order no 202 was been told, however no bill was been provided. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
