Extremely poor experience. AC is not working fornthe last one week as per them. The staff didn't open the door also for air even when the customers are screaming and complaining about suffocation. Senseless attitude. They are not even announcing or putting that AC is not working so that customer can decide whether they want to sit in that atmosphere or not. Pathetic!!! Worst experience KFC Outlet in mahavir enclave Near Dasharathpuri metro metro station. Yesterday I've ordered meal rs.313 by card and my amount was deducted when I ask staff there were every casually answering it take a while or mint to refund but didn't get my amount after sometime I went again ask they Said it will come later in a week they have took my bank details they didn't know about anything related ny transaction they didn't even check in the system. Till now i have not received my money i have complained also and Staff behavior was very casual.
