I have ordered food through KFC app almost two months back, I have not received it till this moment. I raised multiple complaints through KFC customer care, refund is not initiated till now. Today I have raised complaint again they says contact the store. I called to store, switched off always. If your number is switched off everytime, then what's the purpose of having it. Worst behaviour

Very bad experience at KFC. The chicken pieces were hard and dry, not fresh at all. I also ordered the coffee mousse, which was extremely disappointing and tasted awful. Totally not worth the price. I won’t recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Not serving the chicken in hot condition. Taking their own time and giving as much as cold even for dining. Not sure how it will if we receive through app delivery. Not able to eat the last piece, since it was giving the taste which cant be eaten. It will take another 1 week to think about chicken, 1 month to think about kfc. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
