The success of KFC wouldn't be possible without the cool staff. Terrific service is something clients like here. When you enter this place, you notice the nice atmosphere. This new KFC Chembur outlet is a textbook example of how not to run a restaurant. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they’d been sitting for hours. The Pepsi was served without ice, flat and lifeless—basic fast-food standards completely ignored. Chicken quality was inconsistent, portions were careless, and presentation looked rushed and unprofessional. Staff showed zero concern for customer experience and appeared poorly trained. For a newly opened outlet, the lack of quality control is shocking. If this is the standard being offered, this branch will lose customers fast. KFC should seriously audit this outlet, retrain the staff, and fix fundamentals like freshness, beverage service, and hygiene. Until then, not recommended at all.
