Very bad approach customers if i say i will pay by credit card or UPI, but your bill counter service person machine is not working I need cash. then i says no cash I have only G-Pay or PhonePe but i don't have any cash, he told to me i want only cash? I asks if you need cash then ask him to call your manager to talk to him then he says UPI machine is working, how will customers come to your shop if this has changed I have visited many KFC branches but I have never seen such a bad service behavior. Should I visit your KFC shop only if I have cash or should I not come to your shop if I have credit card JPay please tell me
