First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this outlet failed badly. @Manager, Stop doing Work From Home and visit this floor ASAP. The floor was not clean. The washroom condition was so poor that even public toilets felt better maintained. What made it worse was the strong odor from the toilet area, which I could clearly smell while standing at the billing counter. That alone says a lot about the hygiene standards being followed. I ordered two burgers, and it took around 25 minutes to receive them. There was no communication, no update, and no clarity on the order status. When I asked, the response was casual and unprofessional. During billing, no one asked for my mobile number. Instead, the staff entered a random number on their own and completed the order. This reflects poor ethics and a lack of basic training. ***Things that seriously need improvement***:. Customer focus. Right now, it feels like customers are an afterthought. Service quality and speed. Waiting is fine; being ignored is not. Clear and respectful communication about order status. Hygiene, especially washrooms and floor cleanliness. Proper billing practices and basic professional ethics. Most importantly, staff need to understand business values. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a KFC outlet, especially in my native place. This feedback is not from an inexperienced customer, but from someone who understands that no matter how big the brand is, no customers means no business.
