Had a very disappointing experience at KFC, Panchvati Circle, Ahmedabad. After accepting SBI vouchers, the staff said that UPI payment was not allowed and only cash payment was accepted for the remaining amount. Later, another staff member said the vouchers were cancelled and questioned me, which was embarrassing. There was no proper explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service. Needs better training and clear payment policies. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
