KFC, CG Road, Ahmedabad I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC outlet on CG Road. The air conditioning was not working properly, and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat. We informed the staff and requested them to lower the AC temperature, but no action was taken. Despite repeated reminders, there was no response or improvement. It felt very hot and stuffy inside, and this made the overall experience quite unpleasant. This kind of customer service is not expected from a reputed brand like KFC. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better comfort and service in the future.
