We ordered mutton biryani and chicken sikka. It is truely homemade, and home like taste. It is clean and hygienic. The biryani arome was wonderful. The biryani served in container with three layered. The quality and quantity is perfect. Chicken sikka and mutton well marinated. The main thing is the family who prepared is hygeine. No essence taste, feel the real taste. The biryani was very delicious and the aroma was perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the raita was also good. So I happened to meet Mr. Rakesh at star bazaar in our area , when I got to know that he makes home made biryanis and all. So last week I had invited my friends family for dinner and I was a bit short of time. Hence, We decided to order chicken Biryani from Keyas as it was homemade. We gave our order over phone and asked for medium spice level. Mr. Rakesh was very courteous and understood our requirements perfectly. As his place is nearby my house, I decided to take delivery on my own otherwise he can deliver ny porter as well. The packaging was perfect - it was in a big plastic dabba, so no hassles of carrying a big pot on your shoulders. Finally the biryani review... The biryani portion size(3 portion) justified the price and also the taste was to our liking. The spice level was perfect as we had mentioned to him. It was a layered biryani i.e. chicken pieces and masala was at the bottom, then oily rice and then dry rice with fried onion and cashew on top of it. Hence, make sure to mix it properly while serving. The only point wich we didn't like was sweet raita. Now this can be a personal choice - few people would like sweet and few like us would like salty. Overall great stuff...I would definitely order again!
