Delivered spoiled ice cream. The ice cream i ordered from them was spoiled since it tasted sour and there was ice formed on the inside which indicates refreezing. This is due to poor storing of the ice cream. Yet they sent this to me despite all this. Couldn’t replace or anything cause they did not pick up the call

This place vends thick shakes and other shakes, ice-creams et al. This stall is located in the Mall of Travancore. The single staff member at the counter was very courteous and prompt in executing our order. I've been a customer of Keventers for a long time when I was in Delhi in the 90s and the turn of the century. It's great that they've opened outlets all over the country now! On the whole, a very pleasant experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Recommended dishes: Thick Shakes
