Disappointed with the mismatch between advertised prices and what you're actually charged. The in-store menu and promotional hoardings clearly displayed lower prices, for example, the regular Butterscotch Shake was listed at ₹179 on the menu but the billing system charged over ₹200 for the shake plus 20% GST. When I pointed this out, the server acknowledged the issue but said he couldn’t change it in the system. To his credit, he was polite and eventually offered me a cold coffee at the advertised offer price after some back and forth. However, the whole experience felt unnecessarily frustrating. If you're going to display promotional pricing, please honor it, it shouldn't require a negotiation. The store itself is quite small, with only two small tables, barely enough for a party of two. It could definitely be more organized and transparent with its pricing. Overall, giving 2 stars only because of the courteous server.
