Keventers is a global franchise...but I want to share a very disappointing experience I had here...we order 4 hot chocolate through zomato...but the quality they delivered was utterly bad...it was watery and tasted nothing but water and chocolate powder...we complained regarding this and they told us that they will replace the order next day..but they didn't they kept on postponing and later on didn't contact..then we physically went there and told them about this but the staff was not friendly or they neglected us..even didn't pack rhe order and disrespected us..and threw the packet to us without any comments..and treated us very badly.
