I visited this food store recently and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. It felt like they didn't want to engage with customers at all. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and training. The store itself has potential, but the service needs serious attention.

I know this shop since last 6 years. It's a MUST visit place if you want to enjoy Chat items like Samosa Chat,Dahi Samosa,Pani-Puri,Dahi Puri,Vada Paav ,only Samosa OR any sweet like Gulaab Jamun ,KalaKand, Kaaju Katli etc. There is no dearth of varieties. I just love it everytime I visit Keshav Reddy Sweets.
