We had a very disappointing experience in Jabalpur. The staff was unprofessional and exhibited extremely poor behavior. They seemed unaware of how to create a bill or treat customers properly. It felt as if they believed they had a surplus of customers and didn't need to value our business. Additionally, they added unwanted charges and were rude in their interactions with us. It's not good for bachelor and family. There having number of hotels and lodge please proceed with other.

Very bad experience, even person sitting on reception didn't know about billing. Very poor service , unhygienic room , very bad staff behaviour. Unprofessional staff , very rude behaviour, Extra charges added to the customer. It's the very worst hotel in jabalpur city. We didn't recommended it to any one even you have in any emergency, wait & stay somewhere else except this.
