Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a chicken shawarma from Kesas in Tilak Nagar, and what I received was definitely not chicken. The so-called “chicken” was pink, had the texture of mutton, and was rigid and rubbery — completely inedible and downright suspicious. Passing off some other meat as chicken is not only unethical but also a serious health hazard. This place is misleading customers, compromising on quality, and playing with people’s health. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this outlet. If they can’t even get the basics of food safety and honesty right, nothing else matters. Shameful practice.
