I am extremely disappointed with the quality of Doda Barfi purchased from Kesar Sweets. The product was nowhere close to the standard one expects from a reputed sweet shop. The barfi was dry, excessively hard, and lacked freshness. It did not have the rich taste and texture that Doda Barfi is known for. Instead, it tasted stale and poorly prepared.Considering the price charged and the brand’s reputation, this level of quality is unacceptable. Serving substandard sweets not only damages customer trust but also raises serious concerns about quality control and hygiene practices.I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that proper quality checks are maintained. Customers pay for quality, and at the very least, they deserve fresh and well-prepared products.

Worst behaviour of the staff and even after taking order and deducting money,the entire staff started doing misbehaviour just to avoid serving ordered food.Even entire staff from manager to junior most gathered together and started misbehaving with entire family which majority no.of women.they were least concerned about customer behaviour and common ethics.
