It has been a wonderful experience staying at Royal Orchid, Jaipur. The experience was amplified by front desk staff Ms. Bidisha who has always been a pleasure to speak to. She is very empathetic and has a very professional yet subtle approach towards guests. I would look forward to being hosted by this wonderful lady again in future stays. FNB staff were very understanding and supportive of my dietary needs. The grilled chicken I had was really well cooked and delicious. Housekeeping staff responded to all requests very promptly. Also the staff at the gates were so very welcoming and no matter how many times I crossed them I was greeted every single time with a very warm smile. All over I really lived the positive vibe of this place. Kudos to the team for taking care of your guests so well. Had booked the hotel for a family function. Booking was done via Manager **Aryaman Rathode**. He finalised the booking, all menu and rates were finalised. But suddenly after that he stopped responding to calls and messages. This went for around 15 days, atlast with concern we had to find another hotel. Biggest problem was we lost other available places and had to compromise. Better avoid such hotel and manager, as they will deny your booking or worst would be won't respond which would leave you in middle of a nowhere. Service: 1
