We had a wonderful 3 days stay. Very friendly and helpful team, clean rooms and great food. We had requested for an early check-in as the team had to proceed for an exhibition. The front office team coordinated and assisted perfectly. Full marks to their hospitality. Thank you !

I was charged by Agoda for a booking here. And then on the last day they wanted to charge me again and I told them about the Agoda booking. After looking for more than one hour they finally found the agoda booking and said I would not be charged at all. I was actually happy with Mr. Udit who was confident that I would not be charged. But I was! Not only that when I disputed it with the credit card company they said they have not received any payment from Agoda - and they had explicitly shown me the document from Agoda. Seems pretty scammy for a brand name like Royal Orchid. Note: When they had seemingly resolved the issue at the hotel - another receptionist at the hotel got me to fill out a review - at that point I was super happy that they were competent. I gave a 5 star review - little did I know! Service: 1
