Kerala Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram is a must-visit establishment for those who crave authentic Kerala cuisine. The ambiance of the place is simple and unassuming, with an open kitchen that allows customers to witness the preparation of their dishes. While the interior design may not be noteworthy, the food is the star of the show. Prices are affordable, making it an ideal spot for budget-conscious diners.
Located opposite the proposed Lu Lu mall, Kerala Hotel is easily accessible. One of its special features is the availability of home-bred nadan chicken, which is used in many of their dishes. Among the must-try dishes are the Chicken AK 47, Beef Curry, Kerala Parotta, and the delectable fish delicacies.
For those who enjoy seafood, the restaurant offers a spectacular seafood thali spread. The Bahubali chicken, Coin Porotta, and Pothu Roast are also highly recommended. The restaurant also serves a variety of soft drinks and wines to complement your meal.
While the service may not be up to par, the food more than makes up for it. Kerala Hotel is a fine dining spot that caters to those who appreciate good food at reasonable prices.

Well I am visiting India and didn't have any expectations. We ordered pothichoru, chicken biriyani, chattichoru, karimeen fry & prawns fry.
Only prawns fry did justice! Chicken biriyani had one leg and 2 bones. Karimeen fry was hard like rock and pothichoru was not something that I am familiar with. We were hungry, we were rushing & ask you not to hate it already without trying. Your experience could be different!
