Eating nicely cooked fried chicken, beef curry and chicken biryani is a nice experience here. Food delivery is an important benefit of this restaurant. Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is attentive at Kerala Food Court. Prompt service is something that guests would like to improve here. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the Chicken biryani from KERALA FOOD COURT KARUMANDABAM,TRICHY. Not only was the taste below average, but it also caused me severe stomach pain, ruining my entire day. I recently ordered biryani from this place, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The biryani had an unpleasant smell, suggesting that it was not fresh. The flavor was bland, and the quality of the ingredients seemed subpar.This raises serious concerns about the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. I would strongly urge the restaurant to prioritize food safety and hygiene to avoid such harmful outcomes for other customers. I feel that it’s only fair to ask for a refund, as the meal was completely inedible. This level of quality is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to avoid such issues in the future. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
