There is no culture at kerala culture. We reached at 8pm but there was no waiter to attend us. After 10 mins counter guy himself came to our table (reluctantly) and took our order. After 10 mins we were served with Prawns fry (half cooked) and surmai curry. Later the same counter guy went to make Appam and served us cold Appam after 10 mins. I asked him to replace with fresh ones and at the same time ordered Kerala parota once Appam is finished. That guy came up with Appam and Parota together. We end up with eating cold Surmai curry with cold Appam and Parotha. Very disappointed with tasteless food and pathetic service.
