Perfectly cooked idli are what a lot of tourists try here. Degust delicious coffee. The appealing staff welcomes guests all year round. Service at this cafe is something one can name professional. The charming atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But many visitors who use Google didn't grant Kerala Cafe a high rating.

Went to Kerala Cafe around 9:30 PM after a tiring day. Ordered paneer fried rice. Waited 40 minutes while staff kept saying “10 minutes ma’am” only to be told later they ran out of rice. Asked for the manager to confront , they sent a chef. Asked for the owner, she was right there but told staff to pretend and refused to talk. This isn’t a one-time thing my friends and family have faced the same careless attitude. Kerala Cafe seriously needs to learn what customer service even means. Avoid this place please. Pathetic staff, owner and customer service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
