I had placed an order on Swiggy for Kadala curry (1) , puttu (3). My bill came up to ₹625/- and I paid the full amount via gpay. The restaurant accepted the order and I received a notification saying it’s being prepared. 20-25 mins later I get a call from my delivery executive saying that the restaurant has cancelled the order. I asked for the reason. I asked the delivery person to give the call to the restaurant owner. The restaurant owner was very rude and gave me a reason saying you have given us a negative feedback, low rating hence we don’t want to deliver to you I asked him to repeat the statement as it wasn’t clear he said you have given us low rating and we don’t want to accept your order and he just hung up. I called the delivery executive again and asked him to connect me to the restaurant owner. The restaurant owner refused to talk and said he isn’t interested in explaining. I asked about my refund and he had no answer to it. About the negative rating: I had ordered puttu twice and both the times the puttu was raw hence I gave my honest opinion. If this restaurant owner can’t accept negative feedback’s and improve then it’s a shame. Highly disappointed with such a pathetic, poor, unprofessional approach. Respected Priyanka Naik you were given a low rating 2 times and only 2 times you ordered after your low rating we checked our CCTV footage puttu steamed 10 minutes + if you have any queries please come to the restaurant see how we are preparing or contact me on WhatsApp Or call 8055729859 you purposefully you did low rating that's why we rejected or Not Accepted the order About 25 minutes you are saying is wrong if Restaurant Didn't Accept the Order Within 5 Minutes Order Automatically get Rejected and we already informed to the customer Care When They Called 2 times. They're not able to do any action that's why we are rejecting your order About money you paid Tolk to the Customer care you get Refund ..... Note personally we know each other as before you was buying puttu from us ...... Then why this drama

You will get the best crispy dosa here and the size of dosa is really big must try plus keral chicken biryani was tasty and servered in good quantity.
