The staff working here have consistently displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, which has made my experience incredibly unpleasant. Despite multiple attempts to report these issues to the owner, Paul, there has been no response or resolution. The owner remains calm and silent, seemingly indifferent to the complaints of customers. One particular employee, who is from Assam, has been especially troublesome. He frequently misbehaves and creates unnecessary chaos, making the overall environment uncomfortable. What’s worse, he has been found to engage in fraudulent practices, such as creating fake bills. These fake bills often show amounts that are much higher than what was actually ordered. This dishonest behavior is not only unethical but also deceptive, leaving customers with inflated charges. I strongly urge everyone to be extra cautious when receiving your final bill at this establishment. Always double-check the amounts, as it’s important to ensure you’re not being charged incorrectly. If you notice any discrepancies or suspect that the bill has been tampered with, make sure to report it to the staff, even though it may be difficult to get a positive response from them. This situation is incredibly disappointing, and it’s clear that the management needs to address these issues urgently. I hope this feedback helps other customers avoid similar problems and encourages the owner to take action before the situation worsens.
