"We had the misfortune of ordering from this restaurant on February 7, 2025, and were shocked by the sheer incompetence of their service. Despite paying Rs. 840 for a shawaya and rice parcel, we received an incorrect order consisting of alfaham and common biryani rice that was inedibly over-flavored with masala. To make matters worse, the rice was so excessively spiced that even children couldn't eat it. When we contacted the delivery person to report the issue, he became belligerent and argumentative, displaying a staggering lack of customer service skills. Our experience was an unmitigated disaster, and we would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant under any circumstances."
