Had a very bad experience at kebarbiq HSR today .ordered food at around 10 and waited 40 minutes just for a small plate of barbecue wings for 2 people . When checked with the waiter , he told its due to huge crowd and food will be ready soon. But we could see all other tables were served on time. he gave the order to the kitchen just before that time we asked . Mistakes are accepted , but please try to be transparent to the customers . We had to leave the place cancelling the order though the staffs told that that food can be parcelled. Even waited for 10 mins for that .there was apologies from other staffs trying to justify the issue happened. But instead you should have checked the issue earlier Service: 1
