Malai Chaap (Full) ordered.First Experience ,& Very Bad Experience with Kebab Singh.1) Open Packaging2) Very Small cut pieces (12) only......close to 3 Sabut chaap pieces only in Rs.249.3) Pure Maida Chaap4) Tasteless5) Not even deserve 1 star.....but kya kre Issey kam rating de nai skte.will never order again.

Dear Mr. Lamba, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by us and no excuse can be acceptable. but I would like take on your views, respectfully. 1) we use the best packaging boxes available in the market- lockable and spill proof. the OPEN package would be result of mishandling by the delivery partner. 2) after placing the order you had called our outlet and you were informed that our portion is of 4 pcs of cheap cut into 3 ps each. in fact you. must have received 13pcs (as we deliver in baker's dozen :) ). 3) I would like to invite you at my outlet and record an box opening video of the cheap we use 'cause we are the only ones serving cheap with soya content unlike others using 100% maida cheap. 4) Tasteless...truly regret this and would like to know where we went wrong here. kindly call @9810266972. regards- Team KEBAB SINGH
