We have been to Kebab-e-que before also and our experience was good until yesterday when we decided to go there for a very special occasion and were completely disappointed. Firstly the only good thing was that the food served was good in taste but the quantity of the dishes could still have been better. Secondly the staff's behaviour was very unprofessional . No knowledge of the dishes mentioned on their menu. Every time we had to call someone for any requirements they were not bothered. In fact after dinner they didn't serve us finger bowls we had to ask for it and then when it came it was just plain warm water in bowls no lemon nothing, completely useless . Cutlery of the resturant is so weird. The size of their serving spoon and eating spoon both are same. Napkin rings were all different even the bowls served for dal were of different shapes. Thirdly you don't expect loud music playing from speakers when you're fine dining. In Between the volume was so loud we had to ask them to lower it down. In short other than the food taste nothing was good. Disappointed with the service of Hilton. Didn't expect it to be so bad.
