We stopped by this restaurant and ordered the biryani, which was good and enjoyable... until we found a small piece of chicken feather in it. Unfortunately, this raised concerns about the kitchen's hygiene practices. The manager handled the situation well and apologized, but the experience was marred by this incident. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their quality control. Food was tasty, but cleanliness is crucial. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Kayees with family. My kid was peacefully having his ice cream at 9:55 PM, while the rest of us had finished. A few staff members suddenly started shouting that the shop is closing, began clearing the table roughly, and even dropped waste near my child’s plate while he was still eating. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. No courtesy or basic manners from the staff. Definitely not a place to visit with kids. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
