I told them to give extra masala gravy for the biryani but there was no extra masala gravy also the biryani was not good at all it was more like pulav or masala bhat, not gonna order anything from here again!

Just to clarify, in our Chicken Dum Biryani, the extra masala is cooked along with the biryani and not packed separately, as that’s how the authentic Dum style is prepared. You might be comparing it to Fry Biryani, which usually has a gravy texture – our version is traditional Dum, where the flavors are absorbed into the rice and meat during slow cooking.We truly value your opinion and will keep working to meet your expectations.
