Today 31/12/2025, we went here to eat food , what a pathetic service. We were sitting in the table for more than 15mins no one came to serve or to take order also. Over the table where we sat leftovers and used plates. They didn't removed and cleaned those plates. We were forcefully asked that service boy for parato he was so rude. We said we are leaving that guys was like go away.. such an worst experience in that hotel. To the management : we are coming to your hotel to eat by paying not to eat free food. We need the respect we deserve. Please close your hotel if you can't afford basic manners . Please teach your staffs how to behave with customers.
