From the beginning itself we work hard to satisfy our guests always Especially in quality and service. In above you mentioned we won accept sir. Because you can check all our history of Yercaud restaurants we are all hoteliers. false accusation wont satisfy anybody sir. Still you are not our hotel Room guest. So we don't have your contact number also. We shared our number you can call us directly and share your concern sir. Because we saw all footage what we have on that day. Mr. Manikandan and Mr. Maharaja we received both a reviews same day. Like different false accusation.. And we really apologize what bad experience you are facing with us. We are really sorry for that. We try to understand the issue. But what we saw in CCTV was different. however we are always here to give our best to our Guest.
