I had a very disappointing experience at Kathi Junction, Kharagpur. I ordered a double paneer tikka roll, but received an aloo tikka roll instead. The quality of service was below expectations, and I did not receive what I paid for. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their service and attention to orders in the future. Would not recommend based on my recent experience.
