I went to Katani Vegetarian Dhaba for dinner on 20/07/2025. The buffet was priced at Rs. 280. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The buffet had limited variety, and there were no refills provided on buffet. Only 9 pieces of pastry were available, and when I asked the supervisor to refill them, he stated that sweets were not included in the buffet. Yes, only breads were very good, hot and fresh. To make matters worse, the server/waiter asked for a tip during the payment, which felt inappropriate given the overall experience. I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

There were fewer varieties in the buffet. No one cleaned the dining tables after guests left. There was no dessert included in the buffet. The dining tables were not arranged properly for the guests. No staff came to take our order—we had to place the order ourselves. Bread service was extremely delayed. Food taste was not good. I would not recommend this place again. Pathetic experience - this is the second time that i have received non veg food instead of clearly stated veg food and chole chawal specially during navtratra. They get the chiken piece mixed in the sabji. I have been a pure vegetarian always. When complained for first time, they refund money costing the order value. Yet again during this navratra again I received a chiken piece mixed in sabji. Restaurant again is asking to refund the order value. Beside taking responsibility of what they did. Harming my religious emotions during this festive season. Shame on katani vaishno dhaba who dont even respect the feelings of customers during the days of devi itself. Waiting for a good solution for the same. Service: 1
