The food tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated in a microwave. All food - dry, tasteless, and felt like chewing on a sponge. Rotis came out cold and hard like cardboard. Overall, if you really love Gujarati food, save yourself the disappointment and eat at home at least your mom's simple shaak and rotli will taste ten times better than this disaster.
