I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Kartoon cafe Rajouri Garden on 20th July 2024. I had met the manager Mr. Rajeev at the time of planning the event and had spoken to him in detail over the phone regarding all the arrangements and itinerary to be included. The place did not live up to the expectations.When the guests started arriving , there was no service for good 30 mins. one had to keep calling the waiters and tell them time and again to get snacks. Some guests got late , and they were not served snacks . After repeatedly telling them to get an item it was arranged after a delay of 30 mins. This is when the number of guests were lesser than expected.During Cake cutting, the staff did not bother to change music to birthday song. It was a total chaos. Food was not impressive. In the main course , there was item of noodles which got over and was not available for all the guests .In terms of courteousness , the Manager was not bothered to check if the arrangements were ok. He was not available when we required him to intervene. One of my guests due to medical reasons had to have very light food, so we asked for ala karte dishes separately, they refused to provide it saying time constraints are there I will not recommend this place to anyone . No value for money at all . Unsupportive, non-courteous staff. Dishes were not upto the mark and quantity was not sufficient .very disappointed !
