Dear [karthika bakery owner] I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase from your store on 30/03/2025. I bought two cakes: one red velvet and one black forest. Unfortunately, both cakes were spoiled. Furthermore, I was alarmed to see that the staff handling the cakes didn't wear gloves or head caps, which compromised the hygiene and safety of the products. I hope you'll take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your customers receive fresh and safely handled products.
